Leonard Dispatch, LLC (“Leonard,” “we”) provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers and operates the Leonard dispatch software. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, company name, email address, mobile phone number and mailing address, when you contact us or sign up for dispatch.
• Carrier records: MC and DOT numbers, W-9, certificate of insurance, equipment, lanes and the documents needed to book and invoice loads (rate confirmations, bills of lading, proofs of delivery).
• Load and payment records: loads booked, rates, invoices and fee payments.
• Messages: text messages and emails exchanged with us about loads and your account.
• Website data: basic server logs. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To dispatch your trucks: find and book loads, set you up with brokers, send you load details and updates, file and send your paperwork, invoice brokers on your behalf, invoice our fee, and keep your compliance documents current. We also use it to answer your questions and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your loads and account: load offers and confirmations, pickup and delivery details, document requests, payment and invoice notices, and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies with your loads. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that support our messaging services, such as our SMS provider, solely to deliver the messages.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to dispatch your trucks: with freight brokers and shippers for a load you have agreed to (for example, your carrier packet, insurance certificate and the driver contact needed for that load), with service providers who run our systems (hosting, database, email, text messaging, payments), and when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep records while you are a customer and as long afterward as tax and business law requires. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who dispatch for you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, by emailing shannon@leonarddispatch.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
