These terms cover your use of the leonarddispatch.com website and our communications with you. Dispatch services for a carrier are governed by the signed Dispatch Agreement between that carrier and Leonard Dispatch, LLC. If the two ever conflict, the Dispatch Agreement controls.

Who we are

Leonard Dispatch, LLC is a Tennessee truck dispatch company. We work on behalf of motor carriers. We are not a freight broker, we do not take possession of freight, and carriers operate under their own authority and insurance.

Fees

Our dispatch fee is set out in your Dispatch Agreement. Our standard fee is 8% of linehaul on loads we book, excluding fuel surcharge, invoiced weekly and due within 7 days. We do not charge on loads a carrier books on their own.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Leonard Dispatch about your loads and account, including load offers and confirmations, pickup and delivery details, document requests, and invoice and payment notices.

• Message frequency varies with your loads.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or email shannon@leonarddispatch.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

This site is provided for information. Example figures on it, such as the example load, illustrate how we present loads and are not a promise of any rate or income.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Leonard Dispatch, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for dispatch services is set out in the Dispatch Agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
